Gandiva Archery, the first-ever indoor archery that opened last January 9, 2016 at the Adventure Zone 4th Level of the Gaisano Mall of Davao promises a fun, fulfilling experience that's good for the mind and body. Among their basic offerings includes archery packages, range rentals, equipment selling, equipment repairs and servicing. The archery is planning to offer soon archery lessons, outdoor archery range setup and facilitation. Gandiva aims to popularize archery as a sport and widely open for both archery enthusiasts and first timers in archery looking for a new hobby. Gandiva, named after the celestial bow in the Hindu epic Mahabharata, was first put in 2008 at the SM Mall of Asia to support archery as a sport and the Department of Education's efforts to promote the bow and arrow physical sports on a grass-root level. Here are some of the photos during the opening: The people behind Gandiva and guests of honor during its opening.
