Kadayawan Festival Special Menu at Vikings SM Lanang Premier

Are you looking for a place to dine during the Kadayawan Festival together with your family and friends? 

In celebration of the Kadayawan Festival, starting from August 11-17,2014, Vikings Luxury Buffet at SM Lanang Premier will be featuring these special Kadayawan dishes! 
You can only experience this at Vikings in the Fountain Side Ground Level of SM Lanang Premier branch.

Let me give you a glimpse of the festival dishes from starters to desserts.

STARTERS

One of my favorites is Kinilaw that comes from the Visayan word "Kilaw" or to eat in raw, but Vikings version of Special Kinilaw comes with a mixture of crispy lechon, and pomelo.

In addition to their wide array of starters, Vikings will include Bagnet Salad, Balot A La Pobre Pate, Enasaladang Talong with Malunggay Pesto and Piniritong Lumpiangs Tinapa at Mangga.

SOUPS

Balbacua (Cebuano Ox Skin and Tail Stew)
Originated from Cebu. It's so thick and savory and goes well for lunch and dinner! 

Pancit Molo is a filipino recipe that makes me wonder why it's called pansit but actually the dish has no noodles in it however uses molo wrappers.

INIHAW:

Baby Backribs in Durian Barbecue Sauce.
 So interesting taste because of the durian barbecue sauce and the contrast of barbecue and durian is actually unique to the tongue. 

DESSERTS:

One of my fav desserts, Brazo de Durian.

Cheesecake Sampler
Vikings proudly present, their new addition to the wide array of desserts, Cheesecake Sampler on Kadayawan Festival. Fluffy cheesecake meets delightful banana and mango toppings, both create a lovely twist in your tonque... Sweet and creamy delight with fresh sensation, to cheer up your day!

Sweet and creamy Leche Flan is always my favorite...yum yum..
This sweetness overload deserves to be shared with a friend.

From its name, much is expected of the Mango Sans Rival (Also, sansrival/sanzrival), which in French means "without rival". It's one of my favorite dessert in meringue-based layer cake that will be added in the buffet table of Vikings.

Traveler's Discount: Kadayawan Festival Edition

1) Tourist(s) will receive 10% discount off when paying in cash or 5% discount off when paying in card. This discount is applicable on a per pax basis.

2) Tourist(s) must present a valid boarding pass or travel ticket while supported by a passport or government issued I.D. to prove that he/she is a tourist visiting Davao City during the Kadayawan Festival.

3) Tourist(s) must be visiting Davao City, and their most recent inbound ticket or boarding pass should show that they arrived within the month of August 2014. They must show that they're traveling from a different city to Davao City.
