Established in 2010, Barrio Bistro is one of Davao's homegrown restaurants. The restaurant is known for its signature Barrio Pizza and Pasta.

Barrio Bistro has opened another branch at Diversion Road, Ma-a Davao City (Woodlane) just this year.

This is dinuguan with a twist and thought I’d recreate this dish for the family. Crispy Dinuguan tastes like your ordinary dinuguan except that the pork is cooked like the Crispy Lechon Kawali way.
