Why Perch Modern Kitchen + Bar Should be 1 of the favorite restobars in Davao

Image
Where to drink in Davao and what to eat in Davao have become more difficult and complicated. It's no longer a question of how far or what food I crave but now I consider the different experience I'll encounter upon entering a restaurant.  Yours truly have been invited as one of the food bloggers to dine in this newly opened restobar,  PERCH Kitchen + Bar in Felcris Centrale, Quimpo Blvd. Upon entering the restobar, it can't be denied the mark of good craftmanship in the details of the interiors. The clean lines, dark wood, polished interiors gives off a welcoming, casual dining vibe. The concept makes it a relaxing spot where people can chill.  Choriburger For those opting for a lighter fare to go with the drinks, try the Choriburger (Php160), Chorizo patty topped with egg, cheese and perch's signature coleslaw, all these between an english muffin will leave you wanting more.  candied Bacon Chips  (credits  @perch_dvo) One of my fav...

I had the opportunity to be invited to a "food tasting" at the American Independence Menu set of Vikings Luxury Buffet at SM Lanang Premier Davao and eat like a Viking! It was a pleasant surprise to find all the new feature dishes on the menu were superb, both with taste and presentation. The staff and management of Vikings were enthusiastic about the new menu that would also be offered on weekends lunch and dinner for the whole month of July. Here are the featured dishes on the menu: Pier 39 Clam Chowder We were serve with Pier 39 Clam Chowder which is rich and just delicious. It's a comfort food- warm, creamy, and filling. Chicken Barbeque Salad I personally love this healthy, flavorful salad.
