Brother Color Manila Run 2015 Davao Leg

May 28, 2015
The Brother Color Manila Run has caught Davao and I've had an amazing Sunday since I'm privilege to be part of the bloggers to join the event.

Honestly, I'm not an active runner,my last run I was not able to finish 3k but this is an excellent first step for me as a newbie runner to experience fun run and the same time, enjoying the color powder throwing as much as I can.

Brother Color Manila Run Davao leg not only brought the colors but also brought in great music and party environment at the same time.

I was at the venue around 5:00 am to claim my kit and registered to run only 3k. To those who go with the 6 kilometers, the finishers received a free Brothers Ink Pillow because it represent the 6,000 pages print output of the latest Brother's New Refill Tank System printer.
I was able to meet my Blogger friends Mommy Lovely, and Quima.

The run starts at the Crocodile Park and proceeds to Diversion Road and u-turn back to Crocodile Park and eventually to the finish line.

I had fun watching people being thrown with color powder and some of them were even rolling over the color powder and having the time of their life. The first color stations was distributed at the first kilometer of the race starting with fuschia pink, green, blue, and yellow. After all the color stations, it was about 3 kilometers worth of road going to the high way.

I ended the race looking still clean at the finish line. There's still the color powder ceremony to get colored by the color powders. It was a party after the race as Color Manila brought in great host and DJs to make the event even greater after party.
I had the chance to have a photo snap with Mommy Lovely and Robert at the Photo booth.
Lastly, the highlight of the event was the color powder ceremony and it's amazing watching the color powder ceremony, were people had great music, friends and a festive color atmosphere to enjoy.

Why Jollibee Jollitown Funtasy Land brings extra sarap summer in Davao

May 19, 2015
I am genuinely a kid at heart and nothing fascinates me more than having new or memorable experiences. Last May 9, I excitedly brought my family and niece to a big event of Jollibee, the Jollitown Funtasy Land caravan as it brings an extra sarap summer to Davao at the SMX Convention Center in SM Lanang Premier, Davao City from 9am to 2pm and 3pm to 8pm.

Jollibee prepared hours of fun for energetic young DavaoeƱos, who slid their way to an exciting experience at the Rainbow Slide and enjoyed bouncing around at the Jollibee House. Their adventure continued as they scaled new heights with the Dingdangdong Clingers and met magical characters at the Enchanted Maze.

Making the Jollitown Funtasy Land caravan even more unforgettable for Jollibee Kids Club members was getting a chance to showcase their talents. They sang to their heart’s content and made their own albums at Twirlie’s Music Studio and shared fun stories with Jollibee at the Jolliphone Booth. The little guests even got up close and personal with their favorite Jollitown friends and watched in awe as Hetty wowed during her Cheerleader Moves segment, Twirlie proved her star power during her Musical Fantasy piece, and Jollibee thrilled the crowd with show-stopping dance moves.

Talented young DavaoeƱos also trooped to the Jolly Beats Booth and participated in the dance booth, learning the steps to the famous “Dito, Masaya” song. They also captured meaningful memories with their loved ones at the various Jollitown-themed photo booths scattered around the venue.

There was also a Jollibee Kids Party booth that displayed just how fun and hassle-free it is to plan an exciting Jollibee party, especially with its newest 3D themes: the new Jollitown and The Jollibee Fun-tastic Factory. The first 100 moms and dads who visited the booth and confirmed their JKP bookings even received Jollibee gift certificates.

Apart from the fascinating attractions, Funtasy Land visitors and their families also purchased special Jollitown souvenirs to add to their collection. Guests were entitled also to a raffle entry and the kids took home a loot bag containing Jollibee goodies.

Make this summer extra-fun and even more unforgettable for your kids and be part of Jollibee’s biggest summer event. Sign up to become a JKC member now to have exclusive access to other fun-filled activities! Log on to for more details.

As the day ends, me, my parents and niece spend this unforgettable day with extra sarap and fun experience with Jollibee.

Why Perch Modern Kitchen + Bar Should be 1 of the favorite restobars in Davao

May 12, 2015
Where to drink in Davao and what to eat in Davao have become more difficult and complicated. It's no longer a question of how far or what food I crave but now I consider the different experience I'll encounter upon entering a restaurant.

Yours truly have been invited as one of the food bloggers to dine in this newly opened restobar,  PERCH Kitchen + Bar in Felcris Centrale, Quimpo Blvd.

Upon entering the restobar, it can't be denied the mark of good craftmanship in the details of the interiors. The clean lines, dark wood, polished interiors gives off a welcoming, casual dining vibe. The concept makes it a relaxing spot where people can chill.
For those opting for a lighter fare to go with the drinks, try the Choriburger (Php160), Chorizo patty topped with egg, cheese and perch's signature coleslaw, all these between an english muffin will leave you wanting more.

One of my favorites candied Bacon Chips is definitely one that excites the taste buds with every bite.

Meanwhile if you're up for something fuller, opt for the PERCH 300g Angus ribeye steak, which is served with Mashed potato, roasted garlic and turmeric rice.

My six (6) favorites are:Whiskey Bbq Chops (Php380) + candied Bacon Chips (Php190) + Oyster Sisig (Php240) + Truffsilog (Php230) + Kaldereta Pizza (Php260) + Perch Rising Sun Angus Burger Steak (Php380)
While the menu offers the more common drinks found at any other bar, there are also whisky, tequila, vodka, champagne, liqueur and special concoctions that are definitely worth coming back for like mojito.

Perch Kitchen + Bar prides itself on offering reasonable prices for premium drinks and food.

For some good ol' fun with friends, choose Perch Kitchen + bar for its good place and good food.
