Special Jolly Giniling
Jolly Mushroom (whole)
Jolly Green Peas
Jolly Whole Corn (Kernels)
Jolly Tomato Paste
Doña Elena Olive Oil
Stir fry the ground pork without cooking oil for 3 to 5 minutes over a medium fire. Set aside.
In the same pan, add cooking oil.
Sauté garlic, and onion, put in the ground pork, potatoes and carrots, simmer for a while.
Pour tomato paste and water.
Let it boil for 3 to 5 minutes.
Add green peas, corn, mushrooms and pork cubes.
To add more taste put salt and pepper, mix to blend the taste.
Simmer for a minute or until all the ingredients are cook. Put in the hard boiled eggs.
Best serve with hot rice.
